Mr. Hossain is a security and risk management professional with 20 years of progressive executive experience in security and risk management, including 10 years of consultancy and advisory experience supporting national and international organizations.

His cross-sector experience spans the telecommunication sector, construction sector, international development sector, corporate and industrial operations, and a U.S.-based risk advisory firm. His professional work has covered executive security management, crisis preparedness, intelligence-led advisory, travel risk, operational resilience, emergency response, workplace investigations and sensitive fact-finding.

He has undertaken advisory and operational assignments involving South Asian and African countries, providing experience in complex operating environments, cross-border risk, traveller support, crisis response and intelligence-led decision support. HISN Security's current service coverage remains focused on Bangladesh.

He has also worked in Bangladesh National Security, with responsibilities involving intelligence, investigation, security assessment and operational support. This background strengthens his approach to sensitive investigations, evidence review, confidentiality, judgment and objective reporting.

His investigation experience includes complex workplace, misconduct, ethics, compliance and fact-finding matters involving both international and national organizations.
